Canvas Interiors Ltd is a London based interior design studio specialising in hotels, restaurants, bars and commercial spaces.
We work with owners, developers and operators on new openings, refurbishments and repositioning projects, from early concept and space planning through materials, lighting, FF&E, branding, procurement and project delivery.
Our work also brings brand positioning, guest experience and operational requirements into the design process, helping each space support the business behind it.
Founded by Daniel Conchie, Canvas combines 15 years of experience running a successful hospitality portfolio with a practical, commercially minded approach to design.
We understand that a successful space has to do more than look good. It needs to work for the people operating it, the teams within it and the customers experiencing it.
That means thinking beyond finishes and furniture. We consider layout, flow, operations, customer journey, materials, lighting, procurement and the details that can make the difference between a space that simply looks good and one that performs.
Good design is a given. The thinking behind it is what makes the difference.

How will people move through the space?
How will the team use it?
What does the customer experience need to be?
And what does the business need the space to achieve?
From there, we develop a clear design direction that brings together layout, materials, lighting, furniture and brand creating spaces that look distinctive, work brilliantly and make commercial sense.
Because the best interiors aren’t designed in isolation. They’re designed around the people, the operation and the business behind them.
